Подушка плотно набитая. Как на картинке. Ткань синтетика. В деле ещё не пробовала. Не знаю будет ли удобно.

Feels very soft and comfortable. Very handy pillow and relieves my backpain. I not only use it sitting down but also when I feed lying down, I just put my head on a pillow next to the nursing pillow. I washed the pillow by hand only. So far it is a godsend.
